<b>Jean Lau Chin</b> is Professor and Dean of the Derner Institute at Adelphi University. She is a licensed psychologist and has held various leadership and management roles as executive director of a community health center, co-director of a child guidance clinic and regional director at a managed care company. <p><b>Bernice Lott</b> is Professor Emerita of Psychology and Women’s Studies at the University of Rhode Island and is a former Dean of its University College.</p> <p><b>Joy K. Rice</b> is a clinical psychologist, Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Wisconsin Medical School and Emerita Professor of Educational Policy Studies and Women's Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.</p> <p><b>Janis Sanchez-Hucles</b> is Professor of Psychology at Old Dominion University and works part-time as a clinical psychologist, consultant, and trainer.</p>
