<P><B>DR. JIM LOEHR</B> is Co-founder of the Johnson and Johnson Human Performance Institute, which has trained and inspired more than 250,000 leaders around the world since its creation in 1992. He is the author of numerous books, including <i>Leading with Character</i> and <i>The Personal Credo Journal</i>. <P><B>DR. SHEILA OHLSSON</B> is a Senior Scientist at the Institute for Applied Research in Youth Development at Tufts University and a Visiting Assistant Professor at the Johns Hopkins University School of Education. She earned her doctorate in Behavioral Genetics from the Social, Genetic, and Developmental Psychiatry Centre at King’s College in London.
