<b>PHIL RICH, EdD, MSW,</b> is the Director of Clinical Program Development at the Stetson School, a residential treatment facility for sexually troubled children and sexually abusive adolescents in Barre, Massachusetts. He is also the author of <i>Attachment and Sexual Offending </i>and <i>Juvenile Sexual Offenders: A Comprehensive Guide to Risk Evaluation</i>, both published by Wiley.
