<p><b>Stephen Burns</b> is Professor of Liturgical and Practical Theology at Pilgrim Theological College of the University of Divinity in Melbourne, Australia and International Research Consultant, The Queen's Foundation for Ecumenical Theological Education, Birmingham, UK. <p><b>Bryan Cones</b> is a presbyter in the Episcopal Church in Chicago, a former book editor at Liturgy Training Publications, and an honorary postdoctoral researcher at Pilgrim Theological College of the University of Divinity in Melbourne, Australia. <p><b>James Tengatenga</b> is Distinguished Professor of Global Anglicanism, University of the South, Sewanee, USA and former Bishop of Southern Malawi.
