His research focuses include industrial hygiene, safety management, risk management, Lean Six Sigma, alternative fuels, and air quality.</p> <p><b>Bruce K. Lyon,</b> CSP, P.E., SMS, ARM, CHMM, is Vice President of Brown & Brown. He has over 38 years of experience with facilitating, conducting and consulting in operational risk assessment in a variety of industries. <p><b>Bruce D. Hollcroft,</b> CSP, ARM, CHMM, is Senior Rick Control Specialist with PayneWest Insurance, a Marsh & McLennan Agency Company in Spokane, Washington.
