She is currently serving on the editorial board of <i>Journal of Public Relations Research.</i> She is a coauthor of <i>Think Public Relations.</i> <p><b>ROBERT L. HEATH, P<small>H</small>D,</b> is Professor Emeritus, University of Houston. He is on editorial boards and reviews for several major journals. He most recently edited <i>The??International Encyclopedia of Strategic Communication</i> and <i>The Handbook of Organizational Rhetoric and Communication.</i>
