Hero Breuning, DDS, PhD, was Assistant Professor of 3D Imaging at the Department of Orthodontics and Craniofacial Biology at Radboud University Medical Centre, Nijmegen, the Netherlands.</p> <p>Chung H. Kau, BDS, MScD, MBA, PhD, MOrth, FAMS, FDSGlas, FFD (Ortho), FDSEdin, FAMS, FICD, is Professor and Chairman at the Department of Orthodontics at the University of Alabama-Birmingham School of Dentistry in Birmingham, Alabama, USA.</p>
