<p><b>The Author</b> <p><b>Ruth Colvin Clark,</b> the founder of CLARK Training & Consulting, is a recognized specialist in instructional design for workforce learning. She served as training manager for Southern California Edison and is a past president of the International Society for Performance Improvement.
