<p><b>NADAV MORAG, P<small>H</small>D,</b> is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Security Studies at Sam Houston State University. He also serves on the faculty of the Center for Homeland Defense and Security (CHDS), Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California, where he teaches senior homeland security officials. Dr. Morag serves on the editorial review board of the Homeland Security Affairs, the journal of Homeland Security Education and the Homeland Defense and Civil Support Journal and is a former Senior Director at Israel's National Security Council, where he worked with a small team to advise Israel's Prime Minister on national security policy.
