<p><b>About the Editors</b></p><p><b>Vinod Krishnan</b> is Professor and Head of the Department of Orthodontics at the Sri Sankara Dental College in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.</p><p><b>Anne Marie Kuijpers-Jagtman</b> is Researcher at the University Medical Center Groningen in The Netherlands as well as Adjunct Professor at the University of Bern in Switzerland and the University of Indonesia in Jakarta, Indonesia.</p><p><b>Ze’ev Davidovitch</b> is Professor Emeritus of Orthodontics at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA.</p>
