Each annual volume examines key issues pertinent to the multinational trading system, as well as regional trade arrangements and policy developments at the national level. Each volume also provides assessments of the World Trade Organization's current Trade Policy Reviews.<br /> <p><br /> </p> <p>The 2004 volume considers Economic Partnership Agreements (EPAs) between Sub-Saharan Africa and the EU, and the role for EPAs in the Caribbean. It assesses the WTO Trade Policy Reviews of Burundi, Canada and the Maldives, and it includes special features on: trade reform and the Southern Mediterranean; the liberalisation of services trade in Tunisia and Egypt; rules of origin and the EU-Med Partnership; and the extent to which the quality of institutions is limiting the Middle East and North Africa's (MENA) integration into the world economy.</p>
