<b>Stanley Pogrow</b>, Ph.D., is professor of Educational Leadership at¿San Francisco State University. He is best known for developing the HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) Program for accelerating the learning of underperforming Title I (economically disadvantaged) and special education students.
