<p><strong>H.O. Kunkel</strong> was born on July 3, 1922 in Olney, Texas. He was Professor Emeritus in the Departments of Animal Science and Biochemistry and Biophysics and was Dean Emeritus of the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. He served as Dean of the College of Agriculture from 1967 to 1988.
