She brings more than twenty years of experience to the design and development of self-instructional, classroom, and on-the-job training programs. <p><b>NATALIE PATE CAPPS, M.N.S<small>C</small>., R.N.,</b> is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) College of Nursing.
