<p><b>ROBERT RODRIGUEZ, P<small>H</small>D,</b> is the Board Chairman of the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE), a leading national nonprofit dedicated to building Latino careers through leadership and development of Latino students and experienced professionals.
