Dr Vinod Krishnan is Professor in the Department of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, Sri Sankara Dental College, Trivandrum, Kerala, India. <p> Dr Ze'ev Davidovitch is Emeritus Professor of Orthodontics at Harvard University, and Clinical Professor of Orthodontics at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio, USA.</p>
