<b>Thom Brooks</b> is Reader in Political and Legal Philosophy at Newcastle University. He is editor and founder of the <i>Journal of Moral Philosophy</i>. His books include <i>Hegel's Political Philosophy: A Systematic Reading of the Philosophy of Right</i> (2007).
