<p><b>ABOUT THE EDITORS</b></p> <p><b>Professor M. Anthony Pogrel</b> is Professor and chair of the Department of oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of California, USA, with a joint appointment in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in the Department of Surgery.</p> <p><b>Professor Karl-Erik kahnberg</b> is Professor Emeritus of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the institute of Odontology, Sahlgrenska Academy, University of Gothenberg, sweden.</p> <p><b>Professor Lars Andersson</b> is professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Chairman of the Department of surgical sciences at the Faculty of Dentistry, Kuwait University, Kuwait.</p>
