<p><b>R. STAFFORD JOHNSON</b> is Professor of Finance at the Williams College of Business, Xavier University. He is the author of five books: <i>Options and Futures</i>, <i>Introduction to Derivatives</i>, two editions of <i>Bond Evaluation, Selection, and Management</i>, and <i>Debt Markets and Analysis</i>.
