<b>Udo Zölzer, Helmut Schmidt University, Hamburg, Germany</b><br />Professor Zölzer is Head of the Department of Signal Processing and Communications at Helmut Schmidt University (University of the Federal Armed Forces, Hamburg, Germany) since 1999.
