<P><strong>The Editor</strong> <p> <strong>Takashi Komabayashi,</strong> DDS, MDS, PhD, is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics and Clinical Professor at the University of New England College of Dental Medicine in Portland, Maine, USA.
