<p><b>Virginia A. Greiman</b> is Assistant Professor at Boston University where she leads research on the implementation of global megaprojects. She is the author or co-author of 4 books in the areas of international law and development, megaproject management, systems engineering, and cyber law and governance. She has more than 25 years of experience in megaproject finance and implementation and has served on the 12-member executive team of America’s $14.8 billion Central Artery Tunnel Project. She provides expert advice to governments, international organizations, and private industry on meeting the challenges of infrastructure megaprojects and serves on several international megaproject advisory boards.
