<p><b>Gideon M. Hirschfield</b> is a practicing Hepatologist and holds the Lily and Terry Horner Chair in Autoimmune Liver Disease Research at the Toronto General Hospital. He is also Professor of Medicine in the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the University of Toronto. <p><b>Paramjit Gill</b> is a practicing general practitioner and Professor of General Practice at the University of Warwick. <p><b>James Neuberger</b> is a consultant physician at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust.
