<p><b>About the Editors</b> <p><b>J. Ian H. Allonby</b> is a long-standing member of the Poultry Club of Great Britain Board of Trustees and has chaired the Breed Standards Sub Committee for many years. <p><b>Dr Philippe B. Wilson</b> is a Lecturer in Biological Chemistry and Cheminformatics at De Montfort University, Leicester, and a member of the Poultry Club of Great Britain Board of Trustees, chairing their Poultry and Eggs Committee. He is Vice-Chairman of the Rare Poultry Society, and an active committee member of numerous breed clubs and organisations.
