<p><b>CHRISTOPHER BARON</b> is an Associate Professor of Classics at the University of Notre Dame. His interests include Greek and Roman historical writing, Hellenistic history, Greek epigraphy, and identity in the ancient world. He is the author of <i>Timaeus of Tauromenium and Hellenistic Historiography,</i> co-editor (with Josiah Osgood) of <i>Cassius Dio and the Late Roman Republic,</i> and has published numerous articles on the ancient Greek historians.
